Shipping Charges
The Big Boys Toy Shop does not use a fixed delivery rate system. Our delivery charges are based on the total combined weight of your order which is automatically calculated when you have input your country code and delivery destination on the "Cart" Page. Until your country code and delivery destination has been input the delivery will remain at £0.00
We also do not charge extra for Highlands and Islands, if you're in the UK then the delivery cost is a same for all customers.
Delivery costs for the UK start at £1.50 including VAT for the smallest lightweight items up to a maximum of £8.95 per order. Orders will be dispatched using either Royal Mail or Parcel Force
International shipping starts at £2.95 Airmail (£2.46 for non-EU), for the lightest items and rises according to weight and location. All orders exceeding 100g will be dispatched by Royal Mail International Signed For, and consignments over 2kg in weight will be dispatched by Parcel Force and their partners once in the delivery destination country.
All shipping charges include full delivery insurance.
Tracking information will automatically be emailed for all Parcel Force shipments. Recorded or International Signed For tracking details will be supplied on request.
UK & International Tax

All prices displayed on www.thebigboystoyshop.com include the standard rate UK VAT (Tax). A full receipt will be provided with every sale clearly showing the VAT along with our VAT number.
European Union
All orders from countries within the European Union will include the standard UK VAT.
Non- EU Countries
All purchases make from countries outside of the European Union, such as Guernsey, Jersey, USA, Australia etc are not liable for VAT and therefore the standard 20% UK VAT will be removed from the invoice at checkout, when your country code and delivery destination is entered on the "Cart" Page, and will not be payable on the invoice total. Please be aware that you may be liable for import duty or taxes when the goods arrive in the destination country and will be based on your own countries tax policies and percentages.
